Econet collects customer feedback and measures recommendation willingness after each project to ensure service quality and continuously improve its operations. The latest survey results show that our customers are extremely satisfied – our NPS score has reached an impressive 83, reflecting exceptionally strong loyalty and willingness to recommend our services.
The NPS (Net Promoter Score) measures how likely customers are to recommend a company on a scale from -100 to +100. A score above 50 is considered excellent, and surpassing 80 is an outstanding achievement.
